RESERVE AID GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS

Complete the ReserveAid Application for Assistance. Please include the following as attachments to your application:

  1. You may apply for a grant if you are a Reservist or National Guard member who:
    a.   Is currently deployed (orders have to state that the deployment is in support of the Global War on Terror) or
    b.   Has returned from deployment within the past 12 months (deployment orders must state same as above)

    If you fall within one of the above categories, please complete the Reserve Aid Assistance Application Form. (Click for form)

  2. Once the Application Form has been completed, submit it and the following attachments:
    a.   A copy of your DD-214
    b.   A copy of your most recent bank statement with the account number blacked out
    c.   Copies of the bills you need assistance with – bills must have an account number and payment address (DO NOT SEND SCREEN PRINTS!)

  3. Please chose one of the following to submit your request:

  4. Reserve Aid may be able to provide assistance with the following bills:
    a.   Rent/Mortgage payment
    b.   Utility bills (water, electricity, gas)
    c.   Car payment
    d.   Car Insurance
    e.   Telephone bills (certain restrictions may apply)
    f.   In case of severe hardship, we may provide Wal-Mart gift cards for food and fuel

Reserve Aid DOES NOT assist with credit card payments or cable TV bills

YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF THE FORM IS INCOMPLETE OR IF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION IS NOT INCLUDED!
